Snapfurb Refund & Return Policy

At Snapfurb, we make buying and selling pre-loved items safe and simple. To ensure clarity and fairness, all buyers must inspect items carefully at delivery.


1. Buyer Inspection at Delivery

  • Every item is manually checked by Snapfurb before delivery.

  • Buyers must inspect the item carefully at delivery.

  • Buyers must make a clear video showing the item and its condition.

  • Payment is collected only after the buyer confirms the item is as described.


2. Refusing Delivery

  • If the item does not match the description or has undisclosed damage, the buyer must refuse delivery.

  • Snapfurb will return the item to the seller and the transaction will be cancelled.

  • No payment is processed if the delivery is refused for valid reasons.


3. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns or refunds are allowed only if the seller gives explicit permission or if the item has a valid warranty.

  • Once the buyer accepts the item, Snapfurb is not responsible for any issues.

  • Buyers must have video evidence at the time of delivery if they are requesting a return/refund under these conditions.


4. Seller Responsibility

  • Sellers must provide items in the described condition.

  • Returns or refunds will only be processed if the seller agrees or the item is under warranty.


5. Buyer Responsibility

  • Inspect the item carefully at delivery.

  • Make a clear video of the item and its condition.

  • Refuse delivery if the item is not as described.

  • Once accepted, the item cannot be returned or refunded without seller permission or warranty.
