Snapfurb provides a platform and service to help people buy and sell pre-loved items. We manage the process by collecting payment from buyers, verifying items, arranging delivery, and paying sellers within 48 hours.


1. No Direct Buyer–Seller Dealings

All transactions are handled by Snapfurb. Buyers and sellers do not communicate directly. Snapfurb checks the item, picks it up from the seller, and delivers it to the buyer.


2. Verification & Delivery

We perform a basic manual check of each item before delivering it to the buyer. The buyer then has the chance to inspect the item at delivery before confirming the purchase.


3. Limit of Responsibility

Snapfurb is not responsible for:

  • Any hidden defects, damage, or faults not visible at the time of verification.

  • Any dissatisfaction or issues discovered after the buyer accepts delivery.

  • Any loss, claim, or dispute arising from the use of the product.

  • Delays or problems caused by third parties (couriers, banks, or technical issues).

Once the buyer accepts the item at delivery, Snapfurb’s responsibility ends.


4. Payments

  • Snapfurb collects payment from the buyer at delivery.

  • Sellers are paid into their bank account within 48 hours after buyer acceptance.

  • If the buyer refuses the item at delivery, the order is cancelled, and the item is returned to the seller.


5. No Guarantees

Snapfurb makes no warranties or guarantees about the products sold through the platform. All items are sold “as-is” from sellers to buyers.
