1. About Snapfurb
Snapfurb is a platform that allows users to buy and sell pre-loved items. We handle the entire transaction process, including:
Payment collection from buyers
Manual verification of items
Pickup and delivery to buyers
Seller payouts within 48 hours after buyer acceptance
Buyers and sellers do not communicate directly.
2. User Responsibilities
Buyers
Inspect items thoroughly at delivery.
Make a clear video of the item showing its condition.
Refuse delivery if the item is not as described.
Understand that once the item is accepted, Snapfurb is not responsible for any issues.
Returns or refunds are only allowed with seller permission or if the item is under warranty.
Sellers
Provide items in the condition described.
Allow Snapfurb to verify items manually before delivery.
Understand that Snapfurb will handle payment and delivery, but liability for item condition rests with the seller.
3. Transactions
All payments are collected and processed by Snapfurb.
Seller payouts are made to their bank account within 48 hours of buyer acceptance.
Snapfurb ensures secure transactions but is not responsible for dissatisfaction after delivery.
4. Returns & Refunds
Returns/refunds are only possible if the seller gives permission or if the item is under warranty.
Buyers must have video evidence at the time of delivery if a refund/return is requested.
Once accepted by the buyer, the item cannot be returned or refunded otherwise.
5. Use of Snapfurb
Users agree to use Snapfurb legally and responsibly.
Users must not list illegal, unsafe, or prohibited items.
Snapfurb reserves the right to remove listings or block users violating these terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
Snapfurb is not responsible for any indirect losses, dissatisfaction, or hidden defects discovered after buyer acceptance.
Snapfurb is not liable for delays caused by technical issues, delivery partners, or banks.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on Snapfurb, including logos, graphics, and text, is owned by Snapfurb.
Users may not copy, reproduce, or use Snapfurb’s intellectual property without permission.
8. Privacy
By using Snapfurb, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal data.
9. Changes to Terms
Snapfurb may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Changes will be posted on the website with a revised effective date.
